In-house for TK Maxx, TJX Group, I stepped in to craft digital copy with a focus on daily emails, segmented for women and men. Compelling subject lines and informative preview lines were required alongside the sales-driven headlines and body copy within each email. From Valentine's Day gift pushes to Winter Sun trend stories, I worked on sales-driven, creative copy and proofed designers' work.
I was invited back to continue various copywriting tasks for the brand and their homeware offering Homesense. I was responsible for editorial landing pages to present new trends, non-transactional email copy, ATL campaign copy lines across numerous territories (suited to the appropriate levels of brand awareness and cultural nuances), social media content and communications for their rewards programme Treasure.
